Les Willms

Les Willms, CGA has been in public practice since 1984 and became an EPR Partner in 1995.  Les has extensive experience in small business accounting, personal and corporate taxation.  Prior banking and business experience qualify him to offer management consulting and business plan preparation services.  Les has served in various capacities with the Certified General Accountants Association of Alberta and he constantly serves on community and non-profit boards.  Les has completed the CICA In Depth Tax course.

Gerald Shebeck

Gerald Shebeck, B.Sc., CPA, CGA brings over fifteen years experience to the Calgary office.  Gerald graduated from Minot State University in 1989 and obtained his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1992 and his CGA in 1998 and joined EPR FOUNDATIONS LLP as a partner in 2002.  Gerald is an accountant and advisor to individuals, various types of businesses and not-for-profit organizations.  His strong background in agriculture and extensive experience in the construction industry brings his clients a unique combination of practical experience. He has served as treasurer for a variety of not-for-profit organizations.
